BIO: Ever Evolving

Support to Districts is a core goal for Cindy and the Technology Resource Advisors group she manages at the Santa Clara County Office of Education.  The Technology Resource Advisors, consisting of 7 System Support Analysts and a Technology Trainer, manage and support the ERP system and other business applications for districts in San Benito and Santa Clara Counties. 

 

Cindy brings 30 years of experience in large-scale transactional and client-server systems supporting a variety of industries as well as Master’s Degree in Information Technology to this role.  Cindy works with district leadership and cross functional teams to bring economies of scale and innovation to the district and county business offices and their increasing data management and analysis requirements.  Some of Cindy’s past roles include IT Client Services Manager at San Francisco International Airport, Adjunct Faculty at De Anza, IT Client Service Manager at Alza Pharmaceuticals, Consultant, IT Manager at Fritz Logistics and MIS Manager/ Bank Card Officer at Bank of America Credit Card.
